The Valcom Model
V-33070 is a heavy duty, field proven high reliability,
coil-loaded 75-foot whip antenna for maritime and aviation
applications. The second section is inductively loaded to the
resonant frequency as specified by the customer.
Notable Applications
Originally designed
to the stringent requirements of the Canadian Department of
Transportation for fixed non-directional radio beacon service, it is
now employed around the world in many applications.
Notable
applications are high efficiency coast station requirements in the
100 KHz to 1500 KHz bands for marine and aeronautical radio beacon
and communicating systems. |
