The infrastructure of the Ottawa Branch has been developed over the years to provide efficient and effective administration and management of the 430 plus employees.

This infrastructure facilitates the provision of both on-site and off-site services including the employment of a number of technicians, technologists, and engineers at 10 locations across Canada, excluding Ottawa and Guelph.

Valcom Manufacturing Group Inc. - GUELPH

Valcom Manufacturing Group Inc. is an ISO 9001-1994 registered, PWGSC/ISD security cleared facility. It is a modern, fully equipped, electronic, electro-mechanical systems and equipment engineering and manufacturing plant.

This state-of-the-art facility contains 55,000 square feet of floor space, with a staff of approximately 120 full-time employees. Valcom is a world leader in the design, manufacture and supply of fiberglass whip antennae (7 to 85 feet), and is the center of excellence for free standing AM/FM Fiberglass Broadcasting Antenna Towers.

In addition to a broad range of communications and electronic equipment, the Guelph facility also designed, developed and manufactured the Canadian Land Forces Heater Test Stand and TOW Power Conditioner, as well as Installation Kits Electronic Equipment (IKEEs) for Land Tactical Communications.
